Crafted From Memory

Inspired by the warmth of home.

Nura Renüa was born from the memories we never wanted to lose; the taste of coconut, the smell of café in the mornings, music filling the house, Christmas nights surrounded by family, and the warmth of feeling at home. Every flavor we create carries a piece of the people, places, and traditions that raised us.

Growing up, coconut was always part of our lives. It lived in our kitchens, desserts, drinks, and in many of the moments that shaped us. Coquito, ponche, arepa dominicana, tembleque, coconut milk, coconut water, and café colado are more than flavors to us, they are memories tied to family, tradition, and the feeling of home. Many of these flavors are deeply connected to our upbringing and culture, and are not always easy to find far from home, which made us want to preserve and share them through Nura Renüa here in Seattle.

Through handcrafted coconut-based beverages and desserts, we aim to share more than flavor... we share a feeling.

A Taste of Our Islands

Coconut became the heart of our brand because it carries so many memories for us: memories of family, warmth, celebration, comfort, and home.

Nura Renüa was created as a reflection of memory, culture, and intentional living. The name represents light, renewal, warmth, and the feeling of reconnecting with what truly matters. More than a brand, Nura Renüa is an experience inspired by the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, rooted in coconut, tradition, family, music, gathering, and the emotional connection we create through food. At the center of Nura Renüa lives our mantra: Choose intention over rush. In a world that moves quickly, we wanted to create something that invites people to slow down, savor deeply, taste fully, and enjoy the moment. What we call The Coconut Ritual is not only about drinks or desserts, it is about presence, connection, warmth, and creating moments that feel meaningful.

Nura Renüa is an invitation to gather, slow down, share, and reconnect, through coconut, culture, and ritual.

Seattle felt like the right place for Nura Renüa to begin. It is a city shaped by many cultures, stories, and communities from around the world. As people raised in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, we realized how important it felt to preserve and share the flavors and traditions that shaped us growing up, especially in a place where those experiences are not always easy to find. Through our markets, pop-ups, and experiences, we hope to become part of Seattle’s creative and cultural community while sharing a piece of our islands with others. Nura Renüa goes beyond coconut drinks and desserts. We hope to create experiences that feel nostalgic, welcoming, intentional, and deeply human. Whether someone grew up in the Caribbean or somewhere completely different, we hope our rituals, flavors, and atmosphere remind them of home, of family, and of the people and memories they carry with them every day.
