Our Story
A symbol of memory, warmth, and home.
Nura Renüa was born from something deeply familiar: the desire to share home with others.
Some feelings never leave you. The warmth of being welcomed. The joy of gathering. The comfort of flavors tied to memory. The kind of moments that remind you where you come from, no matter how far you are.
When we made Seattle home, we quickly fell in love with its creative spirit: the farmers markets, pop-ups, neighborhood events, and the people who pour their hearts into small businesses and local dreams.
We’ve always believed in supporting those dreams.
There is something special about showing up for someone’s vision, whether by being present, buying something made with care, or simply encouraging the courage it takes to create.
As we explored more of the city, we noticed something missing.
We rarely found spaces that reflected the flavors, warmth, and cultural spirit of the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico — the places that shaped us.
At the same time, we met people who were curious about our islands. Some had visited before and spoke about unforgettable experiences, music, and foods they wished they could taste again. Others were discovering our cultures for the first time.
That absence became inspiration.
That curiosity became invitation.
So we created Nura Renüa.
Built by Gabriel, who works in aerospace, and Cindhy, whose background is in digital marketing and communications, Nura Renüa brings together two different worlds through one shared purpose: to create meaningful experiences people can feel.
Through coconut-based drinks, desserts, and flavors rooted in heritage, we share more than what we make — we share who we are.
The pride of our roots.
The warmth of our people.
The joy of welcoming others in.
A little piece of the islands in Seattle.
A place where everyone belongs.
